Applicants must be full-time students attending a college or university in Minnesota and must be United States citizens. Being a “student” during the summer in this context means “in school in spring 2025 and also in school in fall 2025” at the same school, transferring to a new school, or else a graduating student continuing directly into graduate school (not necessarily in Minnesota).
